2008 Bike Week Raffle - Terms & Conditions

1. Raffle tickets will be available for sale from 1 March 2008 to 3pm 31 August 2008 unless sold out prior.
2. There will be a maximum of 3,999 tickets available for sale.
3. Tickets cost $5.00 each.
4. Total Value of the prize pool is $ 23,720
5. The Raffle will be drawn at Gold Coast Bike Week, Carrara Sports Complex at 4pm Sunday 31st August 2008.
6. First prize shall be allocated to the first ticket drawn, second place to the second ticket drawn, and third place to the third ticket drawn.
7. All winners will be notified by telephone and mail. Winners will also be published in the Courier Mail on 2 September 2008.
8. All prizes must be claimed by 31 September 2008.
9. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn and winners notified by telephone and mail.
10. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash or exchange.
11. Collection of the prizes is the sole responsibility of the winner and the promoter will not be responsible for any costs of delivery or collection whatsoever.
12. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered by the winners (including but not limited to consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. First Prize is a Harley Davidson Dyna FXD Superglide motorcycle to the value of $22,970. The motorcycle is available for collection from Gold Coast Harley Davidson and includes on road costs.
14. Second Prize is a Motorcycle Accessory Pack valued at $500 available for collection from Bike Week Merchandise stand.
15. Third Prize is His and Hers Bike Week Merchandise Pack valued at $250 available for collection from Bike Week Merchandise stand.
16. No responsibility or liability is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
17. The Promoter is the V Twin Owners Club Incorporated of Brisbane, an 'eligible association' within the meaning of the Charitable and Non Profit Gaming Act (Qld) 1999.
